Another weeks holiday gone in a flash. The weather's been fab and I've actually got some colour. Even thought the kids have been home it's been pretty quiet and I've actually been reading, The Help, has been nice to have the time.
Cycling - Well I started the 5.30 starts on the days that I work. Its so peaceful at that time of day, not a soul around, just the fishing boats going out. I've been out everyday this week and last weekend Carol and I tried out the new part of the cycle track. Makes it a bit more interesting as there's a few killer hills, its also 7.5miles so a decent distance. Who knows what'll happen now, the residents of exton are still protesting at the track going past their properties.
Went for a lovely walk with Annette last night. All along to the Maer, they've built a new plat park down there. Looks quite good. Someone had also pitched a tent, which gave the idea of taking ours down so it can have a good airing and I can check it over.
Only 8 weeks til Cornwall, still haven't sorted out our beds. I'm defo having an Aerobed, Elliot wants a camp bed, just wish the other two would make their minds up. The kitchen box is all checked and clean, just needs topping up. I just hope the weather is kind to us this year, I know the tent can withstand hell of alot so its nothing else to prove.
Well, back to work on monday, and working all week and on call the following weekend. Great...
