Bloody Router Part 3

Over the past 2 days I have made no less than 5 phone calls to Orange about this blasted router. Each call was the same, being told the same bollocks.  Finally I make a complaint and an person in this country (not India) wants to listen.  He ordered me a new router there and then.  The problem has to lie with the router as I can pick up my neighbours router, which is in another house, quite clearly.  Here's hoping the new router will perform as it should.  In the meantime I guess I'll have to put up with a crappy signal and Nath going off on one each time he loses a connection in the middle of an xBox game.
