So 10 months on and here I am again giving it another go. Lets see how long it lasts this time. I am totally rubbish at this sort of thing, I really feel you need to be dedicated or at least want to do it. I kind of thought it would be like therapy, but no! Well, 10 months on I'm no lighter, skinnier or fitter. Although I have lost nearly 1.5st since January so all is not lost.
I have started cycling again after a winter break, and what a winter that was. I went out on the bike this morning, just along the seafront. Pretty easy. I refuse to use the cycle path along there, far too dangerous, all those walkers ready to abuse you. Give me a boy racer any day. There was however an incident this morning, Yes I was abused...by an OAP. Had a right go about me cycling around the marina. I was cycling responsibly, not going fast and giving any pedestrians a wide berth. Was I wrong to go round again...hell no...bollocks to them. Whatever you do, you'll be in the wrong.
I'm still contemplating taking up squash again, I don't know, everything has become so expensive to do. Even swimming at £4.30 a session. How do these people sleep at night, I wouldn't mind but the changing rooms are so skanky, doesn't take much to clean the floor regularly. Gross...
