Revamp

Well what a let down I am, I really haven't kept the blog up to date at all.  This is mainly due to a lack of desk.  I recently had new carpets fitted and when the furniture was moved the desk fell apart.  The computer has been packed away for a couple of months now, but on Monday it was a case of "sod it" and taking over the dining room table.

So here I am on a wet day off with bugger all else to do but catch up on life online.  I've even given the blog a makeover.  The stormy sea and wet window look was nice but I think a tray of eggs is more representative of me and my love of baking.

I'm not going to make promises on here as I know I'm rubbish at keeping them but I'll try and post at least once a week, even if its to tell you I've baked and eaten a whole tray of custard tarts.

One thought to leave you on...why would you take your elderly mother into Superdrug when choosing and buying condoms?  I witnessed a lady do this the other day, just going in and buying a pack wasn't enough, oh no!  Full on discussion with her poor mortified mum on which were the best brand and type, finishing with "I think I'll get these, I'm going to feel so much more. I can't wait!"  Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
