What gives someone the right to enter your property and just help themselves? Monday night/Tuesday morning Nath had his bike stolen from our back garden. Someone climbed up, unlocked the gate, came in and took it. Admittedly it wasn't locked or the best bike in the world, but that's not the point.
Every morning he gets up, gets on that bike and does his paper round whatever the weather. Without that bike he can't do his round because of where he has to go. Luckily he can use my bike for now. Sadly it now means he'll have to save up for a new one, and bike don't come cheap that's for sure.
I reported it to the police, who told me they have a constant stream of bikes coming in so not to give up hope. They have two big garages of unclaimed stolen bikes, what on earth happens to them, I should have asked if they sell them on after a period of time.
Anyway, I live in hope that it'll be returned.
